Paul Schroeder, Independent Talent Acquisition Manager
Paul joined the FOODPRO team in February of 2014. Michael and Paul are SAE Fraternity brothers who attended the University of Minnesota together. His education and training is in Biology and Business Marketing from the University of Minnesota and St. John’s University. He is well known for his expertise in operations, new product development, sales to both food service and retail markets, new business development, marketing, packaging and sourcing.
